Fleet is already functional; next move is surfacing the right living objects even when Mac cannot see HW Asus sessions.

What became clear there:

  • Basic Orb pinning is already preserved in the clean Mac repo.
  • The live problem is the source-of-truth split: Mac Fleet may not see HW Asus sessions.
  • The immediate product move is: show D4/D1/A5/V6/A0/A9 as human-coded cards, not only raw local sessions.

The current continuation order:

  1. keep session resume/search/orbit working
  2. surface the human index as first-class cards
  3. later let Orb pin human cards as well as sessions

Fleet UI is warm; the visible object now is the human index, not another hidden devlog.
