… Yes. Fleet is warm.
Source spine: forgejo-hw-asus-operational-card - main · -> forgejo/main · dirty
Forgejo remote: ssh://git@100.65.13.59:10022/hw/fleet.git - Fleet now has a shared Git surface across KVMAC and HW Asus.
Corrected deck row:
Index /
Thread Orb
/api/orbit,
Mac handoff

on-design
What became clear there:
- Basic Orb pinning is already preserved in the clean Mac repo.
- The live problem is the source-of-truth split: Mac Fleet may not see HW Asus sessions.
- The immediate product move is: show D4/D1/A5/V6/A0/A9 as human-coded cards, not only raw local sessions.
The current continuation order:
- keep session resume/search/orbit working
- surface the human index as first-class cards
- later let Orb pin human cards as well as sessions
Fleet UI is warm; the visible object now is the human index, not another hidden devlog.
